Structural Principle:
SJA jacks mainly consist of a worm gear, worm wheel, and screw. The worm gear drives the worm wheel to rotate, which in turn transmits the rotational motion to the screw or nut, achieving linear motion. Depending on the motion type, they can be divided into screw motion (S-type) and nut motion (R-type).
Product Features:
They feature high rigidity, precise positioning, and generally self-locking after power failure. Their system structure is simple and compact, with low noise, no fluid leakage, and minimal environmental pollution. Due to the reducer mechanism, a small drive source can transmit a large torque, and they can also form a closed-loop servo control system for automated control.
Drive Methods:
Manual drive and electric motor drive are available. Manual drive is achieved by adding a hand crank or similar device to the worm gear input end; electric motor drive can be equipped with different types of motors such as three-phase asynchronous motors, variable frequency motors, and explosion-proof motors. It can also utilize an integrated drive combining a screw jack and a geared motor, suitable for high-load, ultra-low-speed lifting applications.

Common models include SJA5, SJA10, and SJA20, with maximum lifting forces ranging from 5KN to 1000KN. Screw diameters range from Tr18x4 to Tr160x20mm, and worm gear reduction ratios vary depending on the model.
