Russian Clients Visit Our Company for Reducer Inspection and Factory Survey

A Russian industrial enterprise visited our company to conduct on-site inspections of speed reducers and to comprehensively tour our production base. The purpose of this visit was to verify whether the product quality met the standards agreed upon by both parties, to gain a deeper understanding of our company's production capacity and supply chain capabilities, and to lay a solid foundation for further cooperation. During the speed reducer inspection, the delegation first listened to a detailed report from the project manager on the product production process, quality control system, and core technical parameters. Subsequently, under the guidance of quality inspectors, the delegation members went to the finished product inspection workshop to conduct a detailed inspection of each delivered speed reducer. Through on-site practical testing and random sampling inspections, the delegation comprehensively verified whether the products met the usage requirements of the Russian market and relevant industry standards. Following the inspection, the delegation visited the company's production workshop, R&D center, and warehousing and logistics area. In the production workshop, the delegation closely observed the entire production line for gearboxes, from component processing and precision assembly to finished product inspection, and learned in detail about the operation of CNC machining equipment and automated assembly lines. At the R&D center, the technical team introduced the company's research achievements and patented technologies in gearbox energy-saving technology and noise reduction optimization. In the warehousing and logistics area, relevant personnel demonstrated the company's comprehensive inventory management system and efficient logistics and distribution solutions. During the visit, both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on issues such as production process optimization, product customization needs, and subsequent technical service support. The delegation fully affirmed the company's advanced production equipment, strict quality control system, and strong R&D capabilities.
