ZQ type reducers are mainly used in industries such as hoisting, mining, general chemicals, textiles, and light industry. Their applicable conditions are as follows:
1. The circumferential speed of the reducer's gear transmission is no greater than 10 m/s;
2. The speed of the reducer's high-speed shaft is no greater than 1500 rpm;
3. The reducer is used for both forward and reverse operation;
4. The operating environment temperature of the reducer is -40℃ to +40℃;
5. The reducer has nine transmission ratios, nine configuration types, and three low-speed shaft end types;
6. The transmission ratios of this type of reducer are: 48.57, 40.17, 31.5, 23.34, 20.49, 15.75, 12.64, 10.35, 8.23 The ZQ (ZQH, ZQSH) series cylindrical gear reducers are two-stage, three-shaft involute cylindrical gear reducers. The ZQH type is a circular arc cylindrical gear reducer, and the ZQSH type is a two-stage transmission double circular arc cylindrical gear reducer. The housing structure is a horizontally segmented, fully enclosed type, offering good mechanical performance, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. This machine also features strong overload capacity, impact resistance, and low moment of inertia, making it suitable for frequent lifting and forward/reverse operation. It is widely used in building materials, lifting, transportation, metallurgy, chemical, and light industries. Its linkage can be direct via coupling or flexible via chain or belt.
